These CCPA terms do not limit or reduce any data protection commitments Haya Invest made under the DPA, Terms of use, or other agreement between Haya Invest and Customer.

Information collection and use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address, and phone number (“Personal Information”). We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful basis to do so.
